Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Quanta Kids (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an online maths olympiad preparation platform for Indian students in Class 2–5. Our website is quantakids.in.

2. Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect:

• Parent's name and email address
• Parent's mobile number
• Child's first name and class (2, 3, 4, or 5)
• Account password (stored securely via Supabase Auth — we never see or store your plaintext password)

If you ask for your child's diagnostic report on WhatsApp without creating an account, we collect your mobile number, your child's first name and class, and the diagnostic result, so we can send the report and follow up about their preparation.

When your child uses the platform, we automatically collect some activity and usage data.

This includes learning activity (practice progress, quiz answers, mock scores and time taken) plus standard usage, advertising-measurement and performance data collected through tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. We use it only to run and improve the platform and to measure our own ads — we do not sell your data, never show ads inside Quanta Kids, and never send your child's name, progress or answers to Meta or Google.

We do not collect: a child's phone number, school names, physical addresses, photographs, or any government ID numbers.

3. How we use your information

• To provide the learning platform and track your child's progress
• To personalise content based on the selected class
• To generate the parent dashboard and weekly snapshot
• To process payments (if you subscribe to Premium)
• To send account-related emails (confirmation, password reset)
• To contact you on WhatsApp or by phone about your child's progress, getting started, and exam preparation. Reply STOP or email us and we will stop and delete the number.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not show ads.

4. Data storage and security

Account data is stored securely on Supabase (cloud infrastructure). Practice progress is saved in your browser and synced to your account on Supabase, so it is kept across devices. All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

We rely on a few trusted providers — for hosting, payments and analytics — and share only the minimum data each one needs to run the service.

We retain account and progress data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days.

5. Children's privacy

Quanta Kids is designed for children aged about 7–11 (Class 2–5). We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide the service. A parent or guardian must create the account on behalf of the child. Children cannot create accounts independently.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (keeping you logged in) and first-party analytics cookies set by Google Analytics to understand how the platform is used. We also use advertising cookies set by the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads; Meta may use them to recognise your browser on other websites. You can block these with your browser's cookie settings or an ad blocker without affecting how Quanta Kids works.

7. Your rights

You can:

• Access your account data at any time via the Account page
• Delete your account by contacting us at support@quantakids.in
• Reset your password at any time
• Request a copy of your data by emailing us

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
