1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Quanta Kids (“the Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are creating an account for a minor, you represent that you are their parent or legal guardian and accept these terms on their behalf.

2. The service

Quanta Kids provides online maths olympiad preparation content for students in Class 3–5, including interactive concept lessons, practice quests, boss battles, and timed mock exam papers modelled on publicly documented olympiad formats (SOF IMO, SilverZone iOM, CREST CMO, UIMO, ITO IMO).

All practice content is original. Quanta Kids is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any olympiad organising body.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• One account is intended for one child. Do not share account credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Premium subscription

• Premium access unlocks all learning content and practice papers.
• Payment is processed securely via our payment partner.
• Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated, except as required by applicable Indian consumer protection law.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions honour the price at the time of purchase.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform — including questions, solutions, illustrations, widgets, and SVG figures — is owned by Quanta Kids. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content without written permission.

Olympiad names and formats referenced on the Platform are the property of their respective organisations. Their mention is for informational purposes only.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Use the platform for any purpose other than educational practice
• Circumvent premium content gating or payment mechanisms

7. Disclaimer

Quanta Kids provides practice material for olympiad preparation. We do not guarantee specific exam results, rankings, or selection outcomes. Content accuracy is maintained to the best of our ability, but we are not liable for errors in practice questions or solutions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quanta Kids shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
