Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Try Before You Commit

Every class on Quanta Kids has one full chapter and two full practice papers (one SOF IMO Level 1 and one SilverZone iOM Level 1) open as a free preview, before you sign up or pay. We strongly encourage you to work through that preview with your child before purchasing premium. That way you know exactly what you are paying for.

2. Refund Eligibility

If you have purchased premium access and feel that the product does not meet your expectations, write to us at support@quantakids.in from your registered email. We review every refund request individually and on its own merit.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Payment-gateway processing time varies by bank; the amount typically reflects on your statement within 7 to 14 days.

3. How Access Expires

Purchases on Quanta Kids are one-off (not auto-renewing subscriptions). Access to what you bought runs until March 31 of the current Olympiad exam cycle. When that date passes, the account keeps its progress and reverts to the free preview until you renew for the next cycle.

4. Failed Or Duplicate Payments

If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or you were charged and did not receive premium access, write to us with your Razorpay transaction ID. We will verify with the payment gateway and refund the duplicate charge in full.

5. How To Request A Refund

Email support@quantakids.in from your registered email address with:

• Your registered name and email
• The Razorpay transaction ID or the date of purchase
• A short description of the reason for the refund

We aim to reply within 2 business days.

6. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India and is intended to comply with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.
