Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery only
Quanta Kids is an online learning platform. Everything we offer — practice papers, worked solutions and premium access — is digital. There is no physical shipment, and no shipping charges apply.
2. When you get access
Access is granted electronically and immediately after a successful payment. The purchased papers or premium features unlock in your Quanta Kids account, which you reach by logging in at quantakids.in on any device.
3. If access does not appear
Unlocking is usually instant. If your purchase is not reflected in your account within a few minutes, first refresh the page or log out and back in. If it still does not appear, email us at support@quantakids.in with your payment reference and we will restore access, or refund a genuine failed delivery (see our Cancellation & Refund Policy).
