How it works
👀 What's going on?
When four things sit in a row, one often jumps out before you have even counted — three match and one is different. That difference can hide in a few places, so a good detective checks each one.
💡 Here's the trick
First check what kind each one is — if three are frogs and one is a lizard, the lizard is odd. If they are all the same kind, the odd one is hiding in its look: is one bigger or smaller, or a different colour, or missing a small detail the others have?

- 2.If they all match, check the size — is one bigger or smaller?
- 3.Still the same? Check the colour and details — is one a different colour or missing a mark?

Do not pick the one you like best just because it catches your eye. Find the rule the other three share — same kind, same size, same colour — then the odd one is the one that breaks it.
